docLine Development Team

First step is to check your Spam and Junk mail folders. They are designed to capture any unknown senders and can initially trap email from docLine. This answers 90% of these issues. 

Second step. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, login with the email account that you registered with and use the temporary password of “docLine_Temp”.  It is case sensitive. You will be prompted to change your password with this temporary login. 

Please have your IT department unblock (white list) emails from doclineapp.com and biminicorp.com to ensure you will receive emails about your account in the future. We will not sell or spam your email account. We don’t like when that happens either. So we won’t do it. 

The documents that are listed for a specific HOA are uploaded by the management company. docLine provides the organization and delivery technology. 

So the best answer is to contact the manager of the management company you purchased through. The name of the contact person is located on the site for each management company.  Look in the upper right hand corner of the page when you bring up a property address. 

Ok, no problem. Contact the management company you purchased through and they will be able to see your purchase in their ledgers. They can arrange a refund for that purchase at that time. Look for the contact information for the management company in the upper right hand corner of the page when you bring up a property address. 

So there are a couple of possible answers. The addresses are uploaded for each of the associations by the association management company. 

Please check the address that you are requesting for typos are number mix-ups. You should see the list of addresses automatically populating the search results box as you type, allowing to select from the drop down list. Take note of where and when the addresses disappear to see the problem point. 

It is also possible that the property is not in the association you have selected. In that case, you can contact the management company listed for verification. Perhaps it is an association that will soon be using docLine as their service.
